Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a Contract & Data Analyst to support managed care contracting, reimbursement analysis, and financial modeling activities. This role will analyze healthcare contracts, monitor contract performance, develop financial projections, and support contract negotiations to help maximize revenue and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze managed care contracts and evaluate financial impact
  • Develop and maintain contract financial models and reimbursement analyses
  • Monitor contract performance and identify revenue opportunities
  • Support contract negotiations and contract language review
  • Audit payments and resolve reimbursement discrepancies
  • Create and maintain data sets, reports, and dashboards
  • Perform financial and operational analysis using Excel, Power BI, and other tools
  • Collaborate with internal departments, payors, and leadership teams
  • Support Epic contract modeling, testing, and implementation activities
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in managed care, healthcare contracting, reimbursement, or financial analysis
  • Experience with health plan insurance contracts and provider reimbursement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience with Power BI and data analysis tools preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
