Your Responsibilities

Maloney Properties is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our team based at a residential community in the South End. The portfolio consists of 209 units of affordable housing. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:

  • Leasing.
  • Waitlist management.ย 
  • Recertifications.
  • Rent collections.ย 
  • Monthly reporting.
  • Unit inspections.ย 
  • Compliance.
  • Overall office management.ย 

The work hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00.ย
