Job description

This hybrid position blends front-of-house operations with makeup consultation and application services.

You'll manage the day-to-day flow of the clinic-scheduling, client check-in, retail sales, and phone/email communication-while also serving as our in-house makeup specialist for client consultations, product recommendations, and occasional special event application or lessons.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming first impression and who has genuine skill and passion for makeup artistry, retail sales, and client education.

What You'll Do-Front Desk (majority role)

  • Greet clients and manage check-in/check out with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and calendar coordination for estheticians and services
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Process retail and service transactions (POS system)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
  • Support inventory tracking and restocking of retail products
  • Communicate clearly with the esthetician team on client needs and scheduling changes

What You'll Do Make-up Specialist (secondary role)

  • Conduct makeup consultations, recommending products suited to skin type and skincare goals
  • Provide brief in-clinic demonstrations/application to support retail sales
  • Book and perform occasional special-event makeup application
  • Offer makeup lessons to clients on request
  • Stay current on product lines

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years in front desk, client services, or retail role (spa,salon or clinic preferred)
  • 1-3 years of makeup application experience, ideally including client consultation or retail sales
  • Comfortable multitasking between administrative work, Esthetician support and client-facing beauty services
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor
  • Basic understanding of skincare or willingness to learn (training provided)
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and POS systems, or comfort learning new systems quickly
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • A collaborative mindset-this role works closely with the Esthetican team

Nice To Have

  • Esthetician license or cosmetology background
  • Experience with makeup application
  • Familiarity with clinical skincare brands
