Compensation: $13-15 per hour

Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain an exceptional customer service experience for our Guests.
• Work with scheduling/booking software to manage appointments and check Guests in/out smoothly and quickly
• Perform makeup services on guests and support the team of hair stylists as needed
• Be professional and friendly and know how to diffuse any tense situations.
• Grow the business with recommendations and suggestions that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups.
• Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities.
• Work collaboratively and support your teammates.
• Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace
Requirements:
• The ability to work weekends is a MUST Friday-Sunday
• A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great
• Salon experience is an asset
` Makeup Application experience required
` Proficient in basic computer software skills for managing appointments and communications with guests
` Ability to multi talk on busy days while greeting guests and as well as other receptionist duties
