Job description

We are looking for skilled HVAC/EPA Certified Maintenance Technicians to join our team immediately!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and complete maintenance service requests.
  • Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
  • Perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs.
  • Install locks and make keys as needed.
  • Replace light bulbs in common areas.
  • Remove trash from office areas and around the apartment community daily.
  • Help maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
