The Legacy Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Make Ready / Porter Technician for our apartment community in San Antonio, TX.



Duties:

  • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
  • Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
  • Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
  • Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements


  • At least 12 months of onsite experience
  • Should have knowledge of painting
  • Basic makeready skills
  • Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
  • Knowledge of appliances
  • Able to frequently stand; walk for extended periods of time; push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver of up to 40 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed.
