    • Canvass and office management
    • Quality Control
  • Knowledge of voter registration compliance and the role quality control plays in the space
  • Experience with coalition building and managing external relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30-40% in election years; less travel in off-years
  • A commitment to expanding the Democratic base and increasing Democratic power in state legislatures

Responsibilities include:
Overall: Oversee third-party voter registration drives focused on competitive state legislative districts in targeted states. Reports results to and consults around strategy with senior voter registration staff
  • Own strategic planning in up to two program states
  • Distribute and assist partners with RFPs, budget templates, and invoicing reports
  • Review and advise Senior Staff on approval of final partner budgets and invoice reports. Assure partner plans align within overall Forward Majority budgets
  • Assure Forward Majority approves and moves funding to partners in a timely manner
  • Develop transparent, accountable, and respectful relationships with field partners
  • Track key performance metrics of partner programs
  • Track quality control reporting of partner programs
  • Hold weekly calls with partners to ensure program accountability. Advise partners on program success and around remediation plans where necessary
  • Perform site visits to partner programs to coach partners on voter registration and quality control best practices. Helps partners both improve performance and identify issues as they arise
  • Develop and facilitate trainings in target states
  • Own relationships with external organizations in targeted states. Potentially recruit new partners
  • Advise Senior FM staff on strategic and funding decisions within targeted states
  • Other responsibilities as needed
