Job summary:

Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety regulations. Perform building and grounds maintenance as directed. Maintain preventative maintenance systems and processes to support manufacturing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain various types of equipment throughout facility.

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of machines.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

• Tracks and documents all equipment preventative maintenance and repair.

• Responsible for determining and tracking inventory for all spare maintenance parts.

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install, and perform testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, data communication.

• Assist on production floor with material handling, repairs, and maintenance.

• Provide contractor support.

• Preform Simple Machinist duties and responsibilities.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conduct tow motor training.

• Perform and document regularly scheduled safety checks on tow motors, eyewash stations, and fire extinguishers.

• When requested, may work on special projects and various related assignments.

• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
