Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily checks and preventive maintenance on facility systems

  • Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues

  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas, resident rooms, and outdoor spaces

  • Respond to urgent repair requests promptly and professionally

  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and safety documentation

  • Support team in preparing rooms for new residents or events

  • On Call as needed


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred

  • Experience in building maintenance, ideally in healthcare or residential settings

  • Strong knowledge of safety codes and basic building systems

  • Ability to interact respectfully with elderly residents and staff
