Position Description: We are looking for a Maintenance Tech to support residential manufactured home communities. The Maintenance Tech will assume all responsibilities associated maintaining park owned homes as the community's property through general repairs, unit rehabilitation, and groundskeeping. Accountable TaskMake repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall/woodwork, remodel repairs, and appliances. Operate a floor machine that waxes and buffs Paint using paint sprayer and/or roller brush Lay and/or replace vinyl flooring Address post-occupancy repair/renovation and maintenance issues Work in tandem with the local property management team and the fund's Director of Maintenance Coordinate technicians and vendors to complete work orders, Address punch lists and correct other deficiencies in occupied propertiesOperate equipment to perform landscaping duties, including but not limited to push and riding mowers, garden tractors, blowers, edgers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, and various hand tools.
Operate equipment for seasonal leaf and snow removal, such as leaf blowers, leaf vacuums, Bobcat, snow-throwers, plows, shovels, and other hand tools.
Maintain exterior of grounds in clean condition including, but not limited to, picking up trash, cleaning amenities, etc.
Report any concerns for repairs on available grounds, units/lots, office, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Team.Perform errands and transport materials if required by the property.Maintain structural integrity of the units and property by performing exterior building maintenance, including but not limited to power washing, painting, and minor repairs.
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order by performing minor maintenance as needed.
Perform interior upkeep of office space but not limited to, garbage removal, cleaning, and painting.
On-call duties as assigned.
