This full-time remote position invites a dedicated professional who is passionate about mental health and eager to foster the growth of emerging therapists through direct supervision and leadership. You will play an essential role in enhancing the therapeutic services we provide, making a significant impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families alike.

About the Organization

At Sacred Health and Wellness Rehab Center, located in Warwick, New York, we are devoted to promoting mental well-being. Our vision celebrates the importance of mental health by striving to create a world where each individual is not just understood but empowered on their paths to healing, self-discovery, and growth. We are committed to being agents of positive change, connecting mental health care with every aspect of daily life. We provide a nurturing environment where both our clients and team members can flourish, feel appreciated, and receive the support they need to thrive.

Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work in a 100% outpatient setting that allows for a flexible remote work arrangement. This role provides you with the autonomy to design your day while engaging with a supportive and collegial group practice environment. With full administrative backing, you’ll have the necessary resources to focus on what matters most—delivering quality care to your clients while achieving a strong work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly supervision for practicum students, guiding them as they pursue clinical licensure and navigate their Master’s programs.
  • Deliver therapeutic services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals and community resources to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Contribute actively to the development and implementation of treatment plans, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and client objectives.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations and to facilitate continuity of care.
  • Stay informed on current research, best practices, and advancements in behavioral therapies to enhance your professional skills and the services offered.

You will work with a diverse range of clients at various stages in their mental health journey. Our client demographics include individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role is vital in providing compassionate support and effective therapeutic interventions, tailored specifically to help clients in their personal growth and healing.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • A valid state license, such as LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC.
  • Professional liability insurance to ensure your practice is supported ethically and legally.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably providing individual and group therapy.
  • Prior experience supervising practicum students or new therapists is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to recognizing the value of your experience and contributions.

  • Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid parental leave; holiday breaks; and access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Experience the advantages of a remote work environment that supports work-life balance.
  • Receive strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on your clients without the burden of unnecessary paperwork.
  • Engage in unlimited earning potential through performance incentives and bonuses, in addition to your base salary.
Career Growth Opportunities

Sacred Health and Wellness actively supports the professional development of its employees. In this role, you will have opportunities to mentor less experienced therapists, participate in continuing education, and contribute to practice innovations that enhance client care. Your growth and success are important to us, and we provide the necessary resources and pathways to help you advance in your career.

Why Join Our Team
