As a member of our team, you will work in a 100% outpatient setting that allows for a flexible remote work arrangement. This role provides you with the autonomy to design your day while engaging with a supportive and collegial group practice environment. • Provide weekly supervision for practicum students, guiding them as they pursue clinical licensure and navigate their Master’s programs.
• Deliver therapeutic services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals and community resources to deliver comprehensive care.
• Contribute actively to the development and implementation of treatment plans, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and client objectives.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations and to facilitate continuity of care.
• Stay informed on current research, best practices, and advancements in behavioral therapies to enhance your professional skills and the services offered.

You will work with a diverse range of clients at various stages in their mental health journey. Our client demographics include individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role is vital in providing compassionate support and effective therapeutic interventions, tailored specifically to help clients in their personal growth and healing.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• A valid state license, such as LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Professional liability insurance to ensure your practice is supported ethically and legally.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably providing individual and group therapy.
• Prior experience supervising practicum students or new therapists is highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to recognizing the value of your experience and contributions.
