Job description

Maintenance Porter - Full-Time
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | $16-$18/hr
Want a job where you're not stuck behind a desk, the days fly by, and you can actually see the results of your work? This is it.
We're looking for a Maintenance Porter to join our crew at a new housing community in Harrison AR!. Think fast-paced, team-oriented, a little bit of everything-and never boring. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a solid team, you'll fit right in.
Here's what your days might look like: one minute you're doing a quick repair or helping with a unit touch-up, the next you're out on the property keeping things clean and looking sharp. You'll handle light maintenance, painting, trash pickup, and help keep the grounds in great shape. You'll also jump in on apartment turns to help get units ready for new residents. No two days are exactly the same-and that's the best part.
We're looking for someone who's reliable, takes pride in their work, and doesn't mind getting their hands a little dirty. You don't need to know everything, but having some basic maintenance skills and a can-do attitude goes a long way. If you notice the little things, stay busy without being asked, and like working both on your own and with a team, you'll do great here.
The vibe? Supportive, hardworking, and actually fun to be around. We work hard, laugh a little, and take pride in keeping the community a place residents love to call home.
If you're ready for a job that keeps you moving and makes a difference every day, apply now and come join the team.
