Advanced Work Management Planning & Scheduling

• Independently develop and refine detailed work plans for maintenance activities, assessing labor, equipment, and material requirements to optimize resource allocation.

• Lead the scheduling of planned and emergent maintenance activities, working closely with field operations to align schedules with plant requirements and ensure minimal operational disruption.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new plants into SAP S/4 HANA, validating and configuring data, PMs, and workflows to support efficient plant operations.

• Evaluate historical work management data to identify patterns, recommend improvements, and standardize best practices fleet-wide.

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Accumulate and assess data on planned versus actual work performance, including time, manpower, and equipment usage, to identify gaps and propose actionable solutions for improving planning accuracy and resource utilization.

• Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of maintenance strategies and the reliability of assets.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement efforts through data-driven recommendations.

Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Strategy & Support

• Maintain and ensure high standards of data integrity and compliance within SAP S/4 HANA, including equipment history, maintenance logs, and user inputs.

• Lead the configuration and automation of Annual Maintenance Plans in SAP, working with the O&M Engineering team to ensure alignment with operational and maintenance goals.

• Assist with managing inventory within SAP, ensuring material locations are accurately tracked and timely adjustments are made to support maintenance activities.

• Design and implement custom SAP Variants to enhance site-specific and fleetwide planning and scheduling capabilities.

Change Management & Best Practices Implementation

• Work closely with the O&M Technical Services team to deploy Engineering Changes, ensuring smooth transitions and implementation across impacted plants.

• Lead the development of detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP, ensuring a logical plant hierarchy is established and maintained.

• Support and facilitate training sessions for field personnel, O&M teams, and other departments on SAP S/4 HANA processes, work management strategies, and data analysis techniques to drive continuous improvement and compliance.

• Recommend and implement best practices for work management across various business lines (Utility Wind, Utility Solar, DGCS, and Battery Storage).

Reporting & Communication

• Create and maintain comprehensive reports, including forecasts, variance analyses, and KPI tracking, to support data-driven decision-making and site performance improvements.

• Act as a liaison between multiple departments (O&M Technical Services, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement) to ensure seamless communication and alignment on planning and scheduling needs.

• Engage in regular updates with stakeholders, providing clear and concise progress reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for scheduling optimization.
