Job description

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position involves working at a variety of industrial facilities, including sawmills, steel mills, concrete plants, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment while providing safe, high-quality workmanship.

This is a hands-on field position requiring mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment and systems.
  • Install, service, and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Work safely in active industrial environments including sawmills, steel mills, concrete plants, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Complete required documentation and maintenance reports.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and coworkers.
  • Travel to various job sites as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial maintenance, millwright work, mechanical maintenance, or a related trade preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work safely in industrial environments.
  • Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and rotating equipment is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
