Our Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the following:

  • Perform general facility maintenance including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and repair work
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and testing on equipment, including emergency generators
  • Respond to on-call maintenance needs as scheduled
  • Complete work orders, maintenance records, and material requisitions accurately
