ENTEK is excited to welcome a Maintenance Technician/ Millwright to our team in Lebanon, Oregon. What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician / Millwright, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment throughout the manufacturing facility. You'll play a critical role in supporting production uptime, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.


In this role, you will:

  • Perform routine  maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems 
  • Install systems and components in accordance with Oregon electrical codes and company standards 
  • Troubleshoot and repair AC and DC drives, PLC-based control systems, instrumentation, and electrical equipment 
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC ladder logic documentation 
  • Layout, build, and wire small to medium-sized electrical control panels 
  • Program, calibrate, and troubleshoot instruments and controllers 
  • Identify electrical deficiencies and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment downtime 
  • Create, manage, and complete maintenance work orders accurately and efficiently 
  • Specify and coordinate procurement of electrical components and replacement parts 
  • Respond to emergency electrical issues and support plant operations as needed 
  • Follow Lean manufacturing principles including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Maintain safe work practices, including lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety standards

Requirements

What We're Looking For


We're seeking a skilled electrician with strong troubleshooting abilities, industrial electrical experience, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of electrical experience and/or Millwright experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment 
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, and industrial equipment 
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation 
  • Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety practices 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience troubleshooting PLCs, drives, instrumentation, and automation systems 
  • Experience building and wiring electrical control panels 
  • Computer proficiency and experience with maintenance management systems 
  • Experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment 


Your Work Schedule

This is a full-time, non-exempt position working Monday through Friday. Schedule flexibility may be required to support emergency maintenance activities and production needs, including occasional after-hours response.
