Overview

Located in Portlandโ€™s vibrant South Waterfront district, Mirabella Portland offers a unique urban retirement experience with exceptional amenities, dining, and a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead facility operations, ensure building systems run efficiently, and support a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and guests.ย 

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations across the community, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Supervise and support maintenance team members while coordinating schedules, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure building systems, equipment, and infrastructure are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Oversee maintenance work orders, vendor relationships, and project management for maintenance and facility improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to support community operations, safety initiatives, and resident satisfaction.

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 / annually DOE

About You:

  • Experience in maintenance leadership, facility services, or building operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate complex projects.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and respond effectively in emergency situations.
