Main responsibilities:

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee plant maintenance staff and coordinate projects, vendors, and equipment upkeep. You’ll ensure compliance, minimize downtime, and support capital improvements.

  • Lead and coach the maintenance team.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained to food safety and performance standards.
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with production, QA, and sanitation on repairs and upgrades.
  • Maintain budget control and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Support capital project development and implementation.
  • Ensure SOX and safety compliance in all maintenance practices.
  • Participate in audits and inspections.
  • Track and report on maintenance KPIs and equipment reliability.
  • Schedule and oversee contractors and outside vendors.
  • Train staff on troubleshooting and new equipment.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • 5 plus years in maintenance supervision in food or CPG environment.
  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and automation systems knowledge.
  • CMMS or EAM system experience.
  • Understanding of OSHA and food safety standards.
  • Project management and capital planning experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
