Education and Work History: Five or more years of hands-on management experience in maintenance Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field preferred. HS Diploma/GED required A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted AIB certification preferred Operational background in electrical circuitry, refrigeration, fuel-burning equipment, and machine mechanics Possess conceptual knowledge of PLC programming; PLC programming experience preferred, ideal candidate will have PLC programming proficiency Possess conceptual knowledge on Predictive Maintenance techniques Must be familiar with lean tools or a similar statistical process and control system The physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
