Maintenance Helper Full Time

Triad is looking for a maintenance helper to work at a retail facility in Saratoga Springs, NY. Must be willing to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Snow Removal Light Landscaping

Routine facility maintenance

Repairing/replacing lighting fixtures, toilets, sinks

Replaces light bulbs, as needed

Delivers messages

Transports small equipment or tools

Identify and report the need for major repairs Role may require iOS or Android capability on personal cell phone to use quality assurance and timekeeping applications during work hours

Other duties may be assigned
