Job description

Perform lanscaping duties including mowing, weed whacking, branch removal and pickup of debris, snow removal and salting,

Complete basic maintenance repairs including light bukbs, minor plumbing, maintaining water supply and collecting water sample , Gutter cleaning, power washing buildings, equipment and decks. Ensure tools, equipment and workspaces remain clean and organized. Maintenance logs kept and communicate any repair issues when necessary to leadership.Assist with emergency response situations including weather events, power outages, and guest incidents.

Seasonal setup and winterization for insulating electric meters,& water supply. Get pickup ready with plow and have salt on hand.

Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended period of time. Frequent bending,lifting,carrying,pushing and pulling.

Comfortable using ladders, hand tools and maintenance of equipment. Make sure all vehicle stickers are current .

A valid license and clean driving record required.

Schedule is flexable and amount of time required might include weekends,holidays and evenings.
