We provide lawn maintenance, landscape construction, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and snow management services. As part of Green Summit Landscape Group, we continue to grow through expansion, acquisitions, and investment in our employees.
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to lead lawn maintenance crews while ensuring exceptional service and quality standards for our clients.
Responsibilities
  • ย Lead and supervise lawn maintenance crews.ย 
  • ย Operate commercial mowing equipment, including zero-turn mowers.ย 
  • ย Train, coach, and develop team members.ย 
  • ย Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.ย 
  • ย Monitor property quality and identify areas needing attention.ย 
  • ย Communicate professionally with customers and management.ย 
  • ย Complete daily paperwork and route documentation.ย 
  • ย Participate in snow operations during winter months.ย 
  • ย Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation.ย 
  • ย Perform additional duties as assigned.ย 
Qualifications
  • ย 2-4 years of professional lawn maintenance experience preferred.ย 
  • ย Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.ย 
  • ย Valid Driver's License required.ย 
  • ย Chauffeur's License required.ย 
  • ย DOT Medical Card required.ย 
  • ย Experience operating commercial lawn equipment.ย 
  • ย Strong communication and leadership skills.ย 
  • ย Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.ย 
Physical Requirements
  • ย Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.ย 
  • ย Ability to lift and move equipment and materials.ย
