This program is open to two types of candidates:

  • You have graduated from an HVAC trade school or certification program recently and are ready to enter the workforce  OR
  • You have worked as an HVAC helper or apprentice in residential service (under 1-2 years of experience) and are looking to level up your skills and your earnings.  

You took the first step. Now go pro.

You've done the trade school or put in time as a helper. Nevada Heating will take you the rest of the way. Our next paid apprentice class starts September 9th— seats are limited and interviews are happening now.

What We Need From You

  • HVAC trade school graduate OR residential HVAC helper experience under 1 year — required
  • OSHA-10 and EPA certification preferred

  • Clean driving record for the past 2 years
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Available 40-60 hours per week for the full 6-week program
  • Perfect attendance required — no pre-arranged absences during training
  • Coachable, punctual, and ready to learn
  • Those who are unable to pass incremental testing during the six weeks will be eliminated.

This program requires perfect attendance for all 6 weeks. Candidates who cannot commit to this requirement should not apply. No pre-arranged absences will be approved during the training period.
