We are currently looking for a Territory Manager, Mainstream who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, Americas, your focus will be on developing and executing a strategic go-to-market plan for the mainstream retail channel across North and South America. In this role, you will expand Lovehoney Group's footprint across mass, grocery, and pharmacy retail by building new business, managing key accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
What you will do
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to secure new key accounts across mainstream mass, grocery, and pharmacy retail sectors.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key retail partners, acting as the primary point of contact for major ecommerce and brick-and-mortar accounts.
  • Design and implement tailored sales and marketing programs to drive growth, including promotional and cooperative marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care to ensure successful product launches and account performance.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and adjust strategies based on market trends and competitive activity.

What you should bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within consumer goods or retail.
  • Proven success securing listings with major mainstream retailers (e.g. Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens).
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar retail accounts with consistent year-over-year growth.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with a self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
