We're seeking a Brand Marketing Strategist to drive our mainstream market expansion strategy for snack portfolio. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing initiatives that introduce our authentic Korean snacks to broader American audiences, building brand awareness and driving retail velocity across traditional and emerging channels.

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position snacks for mainstream American consumers
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities and barriers in mainstream channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt brand messaging and positioning for diverse consumer segments
  • Track competitive landscape and emerging snack trends to inform strategic recommendations
  • Retail & Channel Marketing
  • Build strong relationships with key retail partners including grocery, convenience, mass merchandise, and club channels
  • Create compelling sell-in materials and promotional programs to secure distribution and shelf placement
