SPS Global is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to support mail, shipping, and business service center operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound mail, packages, and office support services while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Job Overview
The Mailroom Associate provides exceptional mail and shipping/receiving services by supporting daily operational functions including inbound and outbound mail processing, package distribution, shipping coordination, and business service center support.
This role also assists with reception, concierge, and hospitality coverage when needed, helping maintain a seamless workplace experience for employees and visitors.
Reports To:
Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership
What You'll Do
Mail & Shipping Operations
  • Receive inbound mail and packages and input items into chain-of-custody systems
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to company personnel
  • Manage outgoing mail and package transactions
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties for office materials and supplies
  • Notify employees upon receipt of inbound deliveries
  • Serve as the point of contact for mail and package inquiries
  • Maintain records of receipt dates, mailing activity, and operational documentation
Business Service Center Support
  • Operate mailroom equipment including postage meters, photocopiers, folding/inserting machines, and multifunction devices
  • Submit work orders and service requests as needed
  • Maintain the Business Service Center in a clean and organized condition
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish office and operational supplies accordingly
Customer Service & Workplace Support
  • Deliver 5-star customer service across all forms of communication
  • Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain professionalism and composure during sensitive or high-priority situations
  • Train backup personnel and provide guidance on policies and procedures
  • Provide reception, concierge, or hospitality coverage as operational needs require
  • Proactively seek additional tasks during downtime
