Company Overview

Consolidated Solutions is a growing print, mail and technology solutions company based in Cleveland, OH.

Summary

We are seeking Experienced Mailing Equipment Operators to join our dynamic team at Consolidated Solutions in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and performing minor maintenance on various pieces of mailing equipment.

We operate over 3 shifts (1st Shift M-F, 7am - 3:30, 2nd Shift M-F 3:00 -11:30pm and 3rd Shift Sun - Thur, 11pm - 7:30am).

Requirements

  • Must have experience setting up and operating Commercial Mail Inserting and Inkjet Equipment
  • Must have basic computer skills as well as mechanical ability!
  • Experience setting up and operating IBIS Booklet Maker, FTS, Screen Press, Flow Master, Master Mailer a plus.
  • Mini-bindery experience a plus.
  • Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance
  • Ability to physically stand for 8 hours

Job Duties:

  • Set up and operate equipment for various jobs
  • Be able to run equipment at pre determined speeds to ensure productivity levels are met
  • Monitor quality control throughout the process to meet company standards.
  • Follow documented policies and procedures to ensure quantities are correct and no client data is exposed.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure equipment and department is clean and maintained.
