Mail Production Machine Operator

Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift: Mondayโ€“Friday, 6:00 AM โ€“ 2:30 PM

  • 3rd Shift: Sundayโ€“Friday, 10:00 PM โ€“ 6:30 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Mail Production Machine Operator to support high-volume mailing operations. This role focuses on operating and monitoring automated mail-processing equipment to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate automated folding, inserting, and sorting equipment

  • Set up machines based on job specifications and production schedules

  • Perform quality checks to ensure correct folding, inserting, and document accuracy

  • Prepare completed mail jobs for postal delivery with required documentation

  • Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed

  • Perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting of equipment

  • Communicate production or quality issues to leadership

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Qualifications:

  • 1โ€“2 years of machine operation or production experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
