Marketing Manager - Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 110k/year - York, PA

  • Our client, a well-established independent insurance agency in the York, PA area, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives supporting brand awareness, business development, and client engagement. This hybrid position will oversee digital marketing, website management, content strategy, email marketing, social media, public relations, online advertising, and marketing communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support business development.
  • Lead email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or similar email marketing software.
  • Develop, write, edit, and manage marketing content for digital and print channels.
  • Oversee website strategy, content updates, and content management system (CMS) administration.
  • Collaborate on paid digital marketing initiatives, SEO strategies, online advertising campaigns, and digital lead generation efforts.
  • Manage social media strategy, content calendars, publishing schedules, and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital reporting tools.
  • Coordinate marketing communications, public relations initiatives, community events, and brand promotion activities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, websites, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Mailchimp, content management systems (CMS), and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience developing content, managing website content, executing SEO initiatives, and supporting digital marketing strategies.

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 85k - 110k/year range, plus a full benefits package consisting of health insurance, year-end profit-sharing bonus, team building events, volunteering for the local community, etc.
  • Hybrid schedule. 3 days in, 2 days remote.
