Job description

We're partnering with a higher education organization seeking an Events Coordinator. The Events Coordinator will support all logistics and events in the Alumni Relations Department, as well as assisting with annual Reunion Weekend.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing and updating websites and registration platforms
  • Ordering supplies and swag items
  • Processing invoices
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners for various projects

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 2+ yrs experience
  • Ability to work early/late/weekend hours as needed during certain periods

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in higher education, non profit, or complex organization
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp, Airtable, Canva, etc.

Compensation: $30-34/hr
