Job description

Join Our Team as a Donor Growth Marketing Manager!

Are you a data-driven digital marketer or fundraising professional who knows how to turn audience insights into measurable revenue?

Childhelp is seeking a strategic and highly analytical Donor Growth Marketing Manager to build, scale, and optimize our donor acquisition and retention strategies. In this role, you will own the donor lifecycle journey—maximizing the performance of our CRM, email marketing (Mailchimp), and website user experience to convert prospects, grow recurring giving, and increase donor lifetime value.

If you are a tech-savvy marketer who loves using data, segmentation, and automated journeys to make a real-world impact, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive Donor Acquisition & Revenue: Design and execute CRM-driven acquisition strategies and automated journeys that convert website traffic into first-time and recurring donors.

  • Lead Audience Segmentation: Build sophisticated donor segments based on giving history, behavior, and engagement to deliver highly personalized communications.

  • Own Email Marketing & Automation: Manage Childhelp’s Mailchimp platform, launching targeted email campaigns and running continuous A/B tests to optimize open rates, clicks, and conversions.

  • Optimize the Digital Donor Journey: Audit and refine the user experience on Childhelp.org, improving landing pages, donation forms, and funnels to reduce drop-offs.

  • Analyze & Report KPIs: Track and report on critical fundraising metrics (e.g., donor retention, lifetime value, conversion rates, and ROI) to provide actionable insights to leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 5+ years managing CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or digital fundraising. (Nonprofit, healthcare, or mission-driven experience is a strong plus!)

  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with Mailchimp, Blackbaud, or similar CRM and email automation systems.

  • Data-Savvy: Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics (or similar reporting tools) to track user behavior and campaign performance.

  • Conversion Focus: A proven track record of optimizing web donation funnels and customer journeys to drive financial growth.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who can seamlessly partner with both Marketing and Philanthropy teams to align our annual fundraising goals.

Why Childhelp?

Since 1959, Childhelp has been dedicated to helping victims of child abuse and neglect through prevention, intervention, and treatment. By joining our team, your daily work in digital growth directly funds life-changing programs for children in need.
