Overview

Consider a new career today as a Scanning/Copy/Mail Team member-Full-Time - Monday to Friday Second Shift - with IST Management Services, the fastest-growing, national, facilities management company in the industry. Position Details:

This direct hire role is full-time and performs high-volume mail scanning and production work. Hours will range within M-F 12 PM - 10:00 PM.  The work location is in Earth City, MO, in the St. Louis area.

Hourly Compensation: $18.00-$18.00 USD per hour, depending on production experience

Responsibilities

This direct hire role Mail Production - Full-Time. Hours will range within M-F 6:00AM- 7:00PM.

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Operating high volume mail opening and scanning equipment, helping print and assemble large outbound mailings daily.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • The business environment does not allow cell phones in the production area.
  • Free parking on site
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Must have access to reliable transportation 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Windows environment PC skills
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
