Job Position: Admin Data Entry
Location: Jefferson City, MO 65109
Pay Rate: starting at $16.25/hr
Shift: M-F, 8/hrs/day - 40 hours each week
Job Description: The Purpose of the New Hire Specialist- Admin 1 Data Entry is to
assist in ensuring that Employers are able to verify employment and terminations in timely and accurately.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Receive, open, prepare, and scan all physical mail
  • Process electronic communications from employers
  • Provides mail imaging and data entry support
  • Input and verify critical information in computer programs
  • Work in multiple computer programs simultaneously
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of information
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, 10-key pad
  • Typing speed of 30-40 wpm minimum
  • Proficient in Microsoft office programs
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift at least 15 pounds as needed
