Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring a Word Processor/Data Entry professional for our client. This position will support a growing team by assisting with document preparation, data entry, report processing, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, computer savvy, and comfortable working with large amounts of information while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and process a variety of business documents and reports
  • Enter information from laboratory documentation into internal systems and files
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Develop and update photo logs and project documentation
  • Create, format, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and tables
  • Prepare documents for distribution, including proposals and reports
  • Monitor and organize incoming laboratory reports and related documentation
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and general office correspondence
  • Support field scheduling and prepare field books as needed
  • Coordinate requests for Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Compile and update project status reports
  • Provide general administrative and word-processing support to the team

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word
  • Comfortable working with computers and various digital documents
