Job Description:
This job is responsible for contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include performing limited coding, testing, and metadata management to drive cross-channel client & prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement under guided supervision. Job expectations include interacting primarily with internal team, providing support for platforms and operations.

As the Direct Mail Channel Execution Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of direct mail programs-from development through production release. You'll manage multiple concurrent campaigns, partner across internal teams and external partners, and ensure all deliverables are met. This is a hands-on role focused on execution excellence, campaign versioning, and continuous improvement. You'll play a key part in achieving channel performance and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of direct marketing experience, with hands-on production execution

  • Familiarity with direct mail tactics and creative workflows

  • Basic understanding of HTML and logic statements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Clear and confident communicator across teams and levels

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Filemaker Pro

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
