Growing firm looking to add an Administrative Assistant to the team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Perform essential administrative and operational tasks while helping improve their work.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple simultaneous projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Support: Provide administrative assistance across internal and external parties.
  • Calendar Management: Manage schedules and travel calendars for team leaders.
  • Meeting Coordination: Gather materials, distribute information, and coordinate catering for meetings.
  • Travel & Itineraries: Build domestic detailed travel itineraries and manage travel logistics.
