Job description

Mailroom/ Dock Associate Onsite- Lisle, IL

Typical hours are 7:30am- 4pm M-Friday

80% of the time this person will be running the mailroom - the loading/unloading trucks is a small portion of the overall job.

Looking for someone with positive attitude, team player and definitely person who is willing to learn and willing to help other employees. Self-starter person with good decision-making skills along with good organizing/housekeeping skills. If there is someone with the mailroom/ shipping receiving background would be great but itโ€™s not necessary- Navistar will provide all the training as long as the person is willing to learn. Must be familiar with Client Office specifically Excel, Word and Outlook email.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be flexible, dependable & reliable Must know how to prioritize daily assignments and be organized Must have โ€œgoodโ€ customer service skills Must be a team player with a positive attitude Must have valid driverโ€™s license and auto liability insurance
