Location: Downers Grove, IL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm (Training Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm)

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities

The Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team supporting mail operations, inventory, and shipping and receiving. You'll help keep supplies stocked, materials moving, and the warehouse clean, organized, and running safely and efficiently.


New to the industry? That's okay. We're happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn and build new skills.


What You'll Do

  • Support the Mail Operations Department by restocking mail trays for their use
  • Inventory and restock supplies and consumables
  • Clean and dispose of waste and recyclables; make pick-ups and deliveries in company vehicles
  • Ship and receive raw materials and finished products
  • Follow all safety regulations and legal documentation norms pertaining to warehousing
  • Follow instructions and complete all assigned tasks as delegated by the Manager/Supervisor
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Move large paper rolls; occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to process, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to frequently lift and move heavy materials (about 30-35 pounds)
  • Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently
  • Forklift and 20' box truck experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen, E-Verify, and background check
