Job description

The Office Administrative Assistant is an entry level role responsible for supporting our mail/printer room needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Distribution of incoming mail to include opening, sorting, and scanning
  • Process outgoing mail to include FedEx labels, USP labels, mail machine and folding machine
  • Switchboard relief and backup
  • Light IT assistance, helping to set up new employee computers, desks, phones, etc.
  • Assist with organizing & maintaining supply and mail room, supplying inventory
  • P& C Account Management assistance - process/download policies from websites, invoicing, certificates, and other departmental tasks
  • Spearhead copier maintenance for all machines in the Birmingham office
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • 0-1 year relevant experience.
  • High School/GED
