Job description

The University of Alabama at Birmingham Temporary Services is seeking temporary Office Associate II to provide comprehensive administrative.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support.
Monitor email and other communications regularly to ensure timely dissemination of information to appropriate parties.
Prepare and process Oracle requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with authorized guidelines.
Prepare and submit HSF reimbursement requests.
Ensure faculty memberships and professional society affiliations remain current and in good standing.
Maintain and update faculty Curriculum Vitae (CVs).
Coordinate the sending and receiving of packages as needed. Receive, review, and prioritize incoming mail.
Manage office supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
Track orders, purchases, and supply distribution.
Hourly Rate: $19.00
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of related experience required.
