  • Maintain global cash tax forecasts in partnership with Treasury and Finance.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the company's worldwide income tax position and cash taxes.
  • Analyze tax overpayments, credits, and recovery opportunities.
  • Provide direct tax support for business initiatives, restructuring projects, and strategic transactions.

Tax Technology & Process Improvement
  • Lead tax technology and transformation initiatives related to direct tax reporting, compliance, and forecasting.
  • Evaluate and implement automation opportunities and tax software solutions.
  • Develop and enhance tax processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce external advisory costs while maintaining high-quality support and compliance.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field.
  • CPA required
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in U.S. and international direct tax, including tax provision and income tax compliance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740, U.S. corporate income tax, international tax, and transfer pricing.
