Job description

Description & Requirements

What You Can Expect:
  • Full time
  • 4 on 3 off schedule with 10-12 hour shifts
  • Working with nursing, social workers, tele-health staff, ED staff, floor staff and in home staff
  • Driving a St. Luke's vehicle to complete scheduled at home visits in the Magic Valley
  • Hands-on patient assessments in coordination with multi-disciplinary Care Teams.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 3 years relevant experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: EMT-P State of Practice;
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
  • Valid driver's license.
