Located in Sunset Valley, our shop is a haven for boba lovers and flavor enthusiasts alike, serving up handcrafted drinks with a side of smiles. We're looking for energetic, creative, and customer-obsessed individuals to join and establish a tight-knit team and help us keep the boba magic flowing. Job Overview:

  • Handle food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the stations, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, assisting with restocking as needed.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks according to established recipes and standards.
  • Provide great customer service, engaging customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Operate the register accurately.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, mop floors and clean toilets as part of the daily routine
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimal wait times

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Able to stand for extended hours
  • Adherence to safety and food handling procedures.
  • Basic math skills and basic proficiency with computers to process information through the point-of-sales (POS) system.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
