Job Description

  • Responsible for opening and prepping their station for their shift
  • Responsible for cleaning and closing their station at the end of their shift
  • Responsible for maintaining equipment and cookware
  • Expected to follow all food safety protocols
  • Expected to follow all recipes and procedures
  • Expected to communicate with the Chef de Cuisine or Expo to make sure dishes come out efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Expected to properly store ingredients as to both keep them safe and fresh

Pay: $16-$20/hr, based on experience

Advancement: Employees will have the opportunity to advance to fill the restaurant's needs
