- Responsible for opening and prepping their station for their shift
- Responsible for cleaning and closing their station at the end of their shift
- Responsible for maintaining equipment and cookware
- Expected to follow all food safety protocols
- Expected to follow all recipes and procedures
- Expected to communicate with the Chef de Cuisine or Expo to make sure dishes come out efficiently and in a timely manner
- Expected to properly store ingredients as to both keep them safe and fresh
Pay:Â $16-$20/hr, based on experience
Advancement:Â Employees will have the opportunity to advance to fill the restaurant's needs
