We’re excited to be opening our newest location in Bend, Oregon in early 2026, and we’re building a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher team to help support our kitchen and keep everything running smoothly from day one.

What You’ll Do

As a Dishwasher at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll play a critical role in the success of the restaurant. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen while supporting both BOH and FOH teams throughout service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Washing, sanitizing, and organizing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintaining clean and organized workstations
  • Following all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Supporting the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed
