Conveniently located next to the new Las Vegas Convention Center and with a stand-alone deli at Harry Reid Airport Terminal 1, we’ve got your bagel fix covered wherever you are in Sin City. 

About The Role:

Our Dishwashers are responsible for the breakdown, cleaning and storage of cookware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize all cookware, pots, pans, etc.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times.
  • Assist cooks with products and deliveries.
  • Clean main kitchen cooler on an ongoing basis.
  • Clean and mop floors, including walk-in coolers.
  • Keep inventory of cleaning chemicals, informing General Manager when products are low.
  • Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.
  • Experience in commercial kitchen environments preferred.
  • Must have valid Clark County Health Card
  • Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
  • Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Loading and unloading of products.
  • Dishwashers can expect to work a 6-8 hour shift on average, including weekends and holidays.
  • Kitchen environment; wet floors may occur.
  • Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.
  • Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment
