Integrity Machine Systems (IMS, Inc.) produces innovative automation for today's toughest demands. We are looking to hire an experienced machinist who can program and operate CNC mills and/or lathes. Integrity Machine Systems (IMS) manufactures highly complex Automation Equipment for a variety of industries that require close tolerance, CNC machined components.

Responsibilities:

· Read and interpret job orders and technical drawings.

· Set up machines, tooling, and fully operate 3 axis CNC Mills.

· Verify finished work by using precision measuring instruments

· Adjust machine controls and change tool settings to keep dimensions within specified tolerances.

· Create custom fixtures to accomplish unique and original jobs.

· Clean machine shop and machines as necessary to keep them in order.

· Use various other shop equipment (grinding, cutting).

· Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Machine Trade School not required but preferred.

· Required Experience 2 plus years of hands-on experience in Machining, On the job training, for lessor experienced candidates is available.

· Ability to multitask, execute various projects simultaneously.

· Ability to operate CNC Mills & Lathes (Haas Mills/Lathes & ProtoTrak Lathe/Mills)

· Ability to program in Fusion 360

· Good communication skills.

· Knowledge of cutters and effective use of cutters for maximum efficiency.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Be organized and punctual.

· Employees are expected to provide and maintain their own tools necessary for the role.

· Positive Attitude with strong sense of self-motivation.
