What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be a key part of producing the high‑quality components that become the sheds and playsets installed in
backyards across America. This role is hands‑on, active, and essential to our production success.
You will:
  • Set up and safely operate production machinery
  • Cut, drill, and shape lumber, OSB, plywood, and siding materials
  • Perform equipment changeovers
  • Ensure quality by monitoring cuts, precision, and quantities
  • Complete pre‑shift inspections and production logs
  • Support safe work practices and maintain a clean workstation
  • Assist with material handling and repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs)
This is a fast‑paced, physical role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and producing high‑quality work.
What We’re Looking For
The successful Machine Operator is:
  • Reliable — strong attendance and dependability are essential
  • Team-oriented, but also able to work independently
  • Detail‑driven, taking pride in accuracy and craftsmanship
  • Comfortable with tape‑measure readings and basic math
  • Experienced with machinery or eager to learn through on‑the‑job training

  • Equipped with steel/composite‑toe footwear (required)
Pay amp; Schedule
  • Starting at $16.50 per hour
    (Pay varies based on experience, shift, performance, attendance, and tenure)
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – ~2:30 PM
  • Seasonal overtime up to 4:30 PM and potential Fridays/Saturdays
