Machine Mechanic (Adjuster) โ€“ Direct Hire
3rd shift โ€“ Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am (will train on 1st shift)
$25-$32/hr. + $1.50 shift diff

Our client is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Mechanic to support production operations by troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, machine changeovers, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
  • Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
  • Diagnose machine jams, skips, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks
  • Read blueprints and technical documentation for parts identification
