  • Perform rapid troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions on vacuum deposition, chemical, and automation systems
  • Coordinate with Production and Facility Operations teams to schedule maintenance with minimal output impact
  • Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination on shifts while optimizing costs
  • Drive OEE improvements and support factory scaling through continuous initiatives
  • Ensure safety protocols, cleanroom standards, and regulatory compliance during maintenance
  • Foster technical excellence, accountability, and innovation on the maintenance floor

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate and 3+ years of experience in industrial/machine maintenance operations; OR associate's degree in a STEM discipline
  • 2+ years of experience working in machining, maintenance, or production/manufacturing environments

  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead position

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM discipline
  • Hands-on maintenance of solar equipment (PECVD, sputtering) or electrical/mechanical/pneumatic systems
  • Proficiency in CMMS and data analytics for reliability
  • Familiarity with lean, TPM, Six Sigma, cleanroom protocols, and pyrophoric gas handling
  • Experience scaling maintenance in fast-paced manufacturing
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in high-volume environments
  • Deep understanding of safe handling of pyrophoric/toxic gases during maintenance activities

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel internationally (20%)
  • Ability to stand up to 6 hours, lift up to 25 pounds unassisted, and maneuver around equipment in a factory setting
