About the Role:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Heat Press Machine Technician to join our growing team in Pompano Beach, FL. In this role, you’ll be working with heat press machinery and other production equipment to create custom apparel. If you’re self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing high-quality results, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Operate heat press machinery to produce custom graphic apparel.

Prepare, move, and organize inventory in the warehouse.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area.

Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.

Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with heat press, screen printing, or similar machinery preferred (training available).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Comfortable working under deadlines in a busy environment.

Basic counting, organizational, and communication skills.

Schedule:

Full-time

Onsite

Monday–Friday

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
