Job description

Guest Services Concierge – Create Magical Vacation Memories!

Join the team at Tropical Escape Vacation Homes and Tropical Escape Holidays, Central Florida's premier provider of affordable luxury vacation rentals! Our stunning private homes and villas—located just minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, and other world-class attractions—offer families, couples, and groups the ultimate Orlando getaway with resort-style amenities, private pools, game rooms, theaters, and more.

We're on the hunt for a passionate, people-loving, bilingual or multilingual (Spanish is preferred), Guest Services Concierge who thrives on delivering VIP-level hospitality and turning every stay into an unforgettable vacation experience. If you have a genuine enthusiasm for guest services, love solving problems with a smile, and get excited about helping families make lifelong memories near the magic of Disney, this role is perfect for you!

This is an in-office position based in our Central Florida office, currently offered as a seasonal summer opportunity—ideal for someone seeking an exciting, fast-paced summer adventure in the heart of vacation central!

What You'll Do – Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly, go-to voice for guests: Handle incoming calls and emails before, during, and after their stay with warmth and efficiency.
  • Turn challenges into wow moments: Expertly manage guest escalations and resolve issues quickly via phone and email to keep vacations on track and smiles wide.
  • Provide after-hours support: Cover occasional on-call shifts for guest services and reservation emergencies (we value work-life balance and compensate accordingly!).
  • Multitask like a pro: Juggle multiple guest interactions and priorities while staying calm, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Make smart decisions: Use your strong judgment to handle situations confidently and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Coordinate maintenance magic: Create work orders and assign them to our trusted field technicians to ensure homes are perfect upon arrival.
  • Support the big picture: Assist our Executive Team with special projects that help grow our exceptional service standards.
  • Drive bookings and earn more: Create and book reservations from inquiries via email, phone, or other channels—and earn commission on any retail bookings you secure!
  • Deliver the VIP treatment: Guide guests from first inquiry through departure, personalizing their experience to make them feel truly special.

Why You'll Love Working Here:

  • Play a key role in creating dream vacations for families visiting the world's most magical destination.
  • Work with a fun, supportive team that's passionate about hospitality and guest happiness.
  • Opportunity to earn commissions on bookings you personally handle.
  • Be part of a growing company known for luxury homes and top-tier guest experiences near Disney and beyond.
  • Seasonal summer role perfect for those who want high-energy, rewarding work during peak vacation season.

Requirements:

  • True passion for guest services and crafting exceptional vacation experiences.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or concierge roles preferred (vacation rentals a big plus!).
  • Excellent communication skills—professional, friendly, and clear on phone and in writing.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Reliable, positive attitude with a guest-first mindset.

Note: Tropical Escape is a Florida Drug-Free Workplace. All candidates are subject to a pre-employment drug test, and random testing may occur if hired.

If you're ready to bring your hospitality heart to a role where every day helps create vacation magic, we can't wait to hear from you! Apply today and help us make every guest's stay a Tropical Escape to remember! ✨
