Mandatory Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year of documented professional experience in residential home cleaning, housekeeping services in luxury hotels/hospitality settings, or property preparation services for vacation rentals.

Essential Personal Transportation: Due to the nature of servicing multiple properties across different locations, you must possess a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license. This is fundamental to ensuring punctual and efficient travel between assignments.

5-Star Attitude and Communication: We seek individuals capable of maintaining impeccable "5-star" standards in every job, without exception. Furthermore, excellent communication skillsโ€”including the ability to respond and coordinate promptly via smartphoneโ€”are required for schedule management and resolving issues at the worksite.

Availability to work on weekends.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (approx. 9 kg).

Ability to stand and bend for 8 hours.
